Thaiger Den to Open in Malden

A new upscale restaurant is opening a few miles north of Boston, and it has a connection to a nearby dining spot.

According to a source, Thaiger Den is planning to open in Malden, moving into the space on Pleasant Street that had been home to Spicy World. We have been told that the upcoming place will be a "high-end" restaurant and that the people behind Crying Thaiger, a Thai eatery on Ferry Street, will be opening the spot.

If all goes as planned, Thaiger Den could be opening a bit later this year (possibly as early as September).

The address for the upcoming Thaiger Den is 157 Pleasant Street, Malden, MA, 02148.
