A cafe known in part for its artisan is getting a new name, apparently to reflect its expanded concept.
According to a source, Cafe Gelato in Quincy is becoming Sapori, with a Reddit post indicating that the name change may be happening to reflect the fact that the cafe is looking to become more of a restaurant. Currently, Cafe Gelato offers such items as salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails in addition to gelato, as they have added to their offerings since opening in 2017.
