Roti Noodles is a wonderful way to get kids to eat rotis and to use up leftover rotis in a better way. Cook these roti noodles in Indo Chinese style and kids will love it
I decided to make some fusion dishes for Day 3 of Thalis & Platters, where for week 1, I am making Platters. The week 1 platter is Kids’ favorite themes and needless to say, my kids enjoyed all the dishes selected for this week.
Roti Noodle is something you can make with fresh rotis or even with leftover rotis as it will be firm to be chopped as noodles. I used the vegetables that my kids will eat and kept it very simple.
First of all, my kids love Indo Chinese dishes, so it was very easy to pick this fusion theme and create a new dish for them. All the dishes fell very easily into the plan, except for the dessert. I had to think about different angles to decide this dish.
Finally, to keep with the fusion theme, I made Gulab Jamun Trifle, though knowing my kids, nobody would touch it.
Gulab Jamun Trifle was a hit with Hubby Dear. He had it all by himself and said it was really very delicious. Similarly, I selected dishes that are very easy to assemble, however, the whole time consuming is the process shots and the final assembly of all dishes.
Konda helped in clicking the final ones as I was too exhausted to do anything after cooking the dishes. So enjoy these Roti Noodles that are part of the Fusion Platter. For Day 3 Platters for Elders, you can check what it is in C4AS.
