A new dining spot may be on its way to the Prudential Center, and it is seeking its license from a restaurant in the South End that is known in part for its pizza.
According to a licensing board hearing page within the City of Boston website, Pressed is looking to open on Huntington Avenue, with the exact address given and the hearing notice indicating that it will apparently be moving into a ground floor space within the Pru complex. The notice also mentions that A4 (which is also known as Area Four) on Albany Street in the Ink Block area of the South End is petitioning to transfer its license and location to Pressed, though the exact status of A4 is not known at this point in time. In addition, while the parent company of Pressed is listed as Pressed Huntington Cafe, it is also not known if this restaurant has a connection to the Pressed Cafe locations in Burlington, Newton, and Nashua, NH; we have reached out to both A4 and Pressed Cafe and are waiting to hear back from them, so stay tuned for updates.
The address for the proposed location of Pressed at the Prudential Center is 105 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, 02199.
