Sinful grilled chocolate Sandwich makes an excellent decadent snack or a breakfast when you are in a hurry to feed your kid! This can become a delicious dessert when served with ice cream!
These yummy chocolate sandwiches can be made very quickly when you have the ready to use chocolate sauce or just plain chocolates on hand. I had this chocolate sauce ready and it was ready in a jiffy.
I made these grilled chocolate sandwiches along with other sandwiches as a dessert. However, these can be easily made for breakfast for kids. Konda and Peddu enjoyed this very much. They were forcing Chinnu to at least taste. They left he was missing so much by not eating bread.
We are starting the BM#109 Week 4, I will be sharing some chocolate dishes.
Grilled Chocolate Sandwich
Ingredients Needed:
1 tsp Butter unsalted
4 slices Bread
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Butter for the sauce
Melt the chocolate chips with cream and butter and beat well until creamy.
Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
In a skillet/pan cook the slices butter side down over medium heat, just until pale gold on one side.
Spread the two of the slices with chocolate. Flip a naked slice on top, butter side up.
Cook, turning the sandwiches as necessary, until the bread is crispy and grilled on both sides.
