The No Name Restaurant in Boston Closed for Meeting, Employees Reportedly Turned Away; Exact Status Unknown

It looks like the future of one of Boston's best-known restaurants is up in the air.

According to several sources, the No Name Restaurant on the waterfront is apparently shuttered, with a WCVB 5 article saying that the dining spot is closed this evening for a manager's meeting, while a segment on the TV channel mentions that workers say they were turned away from work and told to pick up their final paychecks. The No Name has not yet posted about its status, so stay tuned for updates.

The No Name, which first opened back in 1917, is one of the last remaining old-school restaurants on the Boston waterfront.

The address for The No Name Restaurant is 15 1/2 Fish Pier East, Boston, MA, 02210. Its website can be found at https://ift.tt/2n3BVsL
