Eggless Oreo Chocolate Brownie

Eggless Oreo Chocolate Brownie takes you to the next level of chocolate coma! It is very sinful and delicious and trust me, you can’t stop with just a bite!

After the Buttermilk brownies, these were a total hit. In fact whoever had a taste of this, just couldn’t stop with just a bite. Though the idea was to bake it with only dark chocolate, I decided I would balance it with some milk chocolate.

Hubby Dear was super excited with this one as well and I was happy seeing all their reactions as this brownie is really a treat. Every year we get a special brownie from a cake shop during Christmas time and since it has eggs I have never tasted it.

During that period, I always end up thinking I must bake my eggless brownies and get them to judge on which is better.  So it happened this time and needless to say, I was over the moon hearing the feedback that these brownies are of a different level. I can’t even compare and shouldn’t. Well, I was glad the mission got accomplished.

So for the third day of Bake-a-thon, I have yet another brownie. If brownies continue to be showcased will have to be seen! I have another Oreo Brownie that was equally delicious and you must try!

Ingredients Needed:

190 gms All Purpose Flour
100 gms Butter
180 gms Milk Chocolate
120 gms Dark Chocolate
100 gms Sugar granulated
200 gms Condensed Milk
120 ml Milk
120 ml Aerated Water
55 gms Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
10 nos Oreo Cookies

How to bake the Oreo Chocolate Brownies

I used 9 inch round tin that was lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 185 C.
I used a mix of milk chocolate with dark chocolate as I didn’t want too much dark chocolate in it.
This time I used my measuring scale and measured everything before making the brownie.
Once you measure the chocolate, take it in a microwave safe bowl and melt it in intervals of 1 min until it melts down completely.

Add butter and melt again for 30 secs. Using a spatula, whisk it well.
Next, add the sugar and condensed milk, Combine everything well.
Then you can add the flour, cocoa powder and the batter becomes thick.
You can add milk at this stage to make the batter loose and finally add the baking powder and gently mix in.

Break 2 to 3 Oreo biscuits and mix in the batter.
Finally, add the aerated water to get the right consistency.
Once the oven is ready, transfer the batter to the greased tin and place the remaining oreo cookies on top.
Once done, bake these brownies in a preheated oven at 185 C 35 minutes or until the top looks cooked. If you insert the skewer at this point it will come out wet because of all that melted chocolate but that’s okay. If your tin is smaller and your brownies deeper, you’ll have to bake them longer.
