Konda is very fond of the Red chutney that’s served with Dosas in the restaurants and mostly eats only that. We have had other versions of Red chutney that gets served in some restaurants and that Konda said it was what she likes, so there is no harm in making note of all the versions that we get this chutney as well.
Amma is a regular viewer of some of the cookery programs and this was prepared by the chef in the show. She tried it right away and all of us liked it a lot. Since then its become a staple at home. I am finally getting around to writing about it.
I would surely say this makes a great condiment to serve in a party and kids will love it. So for my Kids Delight Anniversary Party, this will surely be featured!
