Dalia Panakarkandu Kesari a healthy sweet made with broken wheat and Palm Sugar Candy simmered in milk. This is a quick sweet you can make for Navratri.
For the Navratri Day 4, Nava Durga observed is Kushmanda (Sun). Food like Malpua, minapa garelu, pesara garelu can be cooked or ingredients like wheat, red pulses can be used.
I made Pesara Garelu or Split Yellow Moong Dal Vada, Dalia Panakarkandu Kesari or Broken Wheat Kesari with Panang kalkandu. For Goggulu, I made Rajma Jamun, a small variety of Rajma.
