A couple of months ago, a brand new brewery and deli parted ways shortly after the opening of the facility, and now we have learned that the deli itself will be morphing into a combination deli/brewery.
According to an article from Boston Magazine, Deep Cuts Deli and Brewery is looking to open somewhere in the Winter Hill section of Somerville, and it has a new partner who happens to be one of the co-founders of BearMoose Brewing Company in Everett, which opened in early July with Deep Cuts Deli initially set up inside the facility. Deep Cuts left the space after only a few days, announcing at the time that "We're cookin' up our next new adventure and we can't wait to tell you what it is." A couple of sources recently told us that Deep Cuts indeed appeared to be planning to morph into a combination deli/brewery, but no specific plans had been given at the time.
As plans get going for the deli and brewery, Deep Cuts Deli will be popping up at other locations, offering sandwiches at such places as the Automatic Bar and Lamplighter Brewing Co., both of which are in Cambridge.
