Chapli kebab is a Mughlai-influenced Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty. It originates from Peshawar, what is today northwest Pakistan, and is also known as the Peshawari kebab.
Usually in the Chapli Kebab they add Anardana Seeds,crushed coriander Seeds,but in this recepie i don't add these ingredients because in my family they don't like these seed tastes.
Ingredients :
Minced meat 500gm
Onion 1 No
Tomato 1 No
Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Amchur/dry mango powder 1/2 Tsp
Salt
Egg 1 No
Kebab chini (any kebab spice powder) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp
Chilly flakes
Oil for frying
