Red Chilli Garlic Sauce is a spicy dip made with just 2 ingredients that can be used as a spread, dip along with any tiffin dish.
This easy to make dip is no cook dish that only requires hot water in which you got to soak the red chilies and then grind to a smooth paste. We recently started making this and it has become a constant dish stocked. So whenever we make dosas, this sauce gets spread on the top.
While this sauce is very addictive over dosa, you got to be aware that you will be smelling of garlic. So have that in mind if you are having this for morning and leaving for work without gargling properly, you are bound to bring attention to yourself! I found myself in spot when I had just one dosa with it and even after a while, I was asked if I had garlic for breakfast. I knew I had just a bit of it, so I wasn’t sure if I had to applaud the capabilities exhibited or if I overdid! I think I will say he was talented as he has already shown he has some rare deduction capabilities.
Anyway coming to this spread, this is the second dish in the theme for Just not Dips, spreads too for the BM#102 week 1.
