Decadent Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake is easy under 2 minute microwave mug cake that answers all your sudden craving for a cake!
Mug Cakes are so easy and only needs basic ingredients that can be mixed in a bowl and you can use the same to bake it as well! For the theme this week, which is One Bowl Dishes, I decided I would do Mug cakes as it serves both the purpose of having theme conditions met and my kids chocolate needs!
I do have quite some Mug cakes, still, the ones I am sharing today are tweaked with adding ingredients that were not used before!
So enjoy these quick Mug Cakes
Decadent Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients Needed:
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
A Pinch Baking Soda
3 tbsp Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Butter melted
4 tbsp Milk
Handful Dark Chocolate Chunks
How to make the Mug Cake
In a Microwave safe Mug, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add condensed milk, melted butter, and milk and mix well.
Next, chocolate chunks and microwave for a minute, then again for 30 secs. Check if done, else MW again for 30 secs.
Serve warm.
