Causeway Cafe near North Station in Boston Has Apparently Closed

It looks like a hidden cafe that was popular with commuters has shut its doors.

According to a source, Causeway Cafe in Boston appears to have closed, as the eatery--which was located in a basement space at the corner of Causeway Street and Medford Street near North Station--is "gutted" and "just...gone," with no sign up or any indication as to what happened. The cafe has been known as a place to go for a quick breakfast or lunch, with sandwiches and smoothies being two popular items.

As soon as we find out more details on the closing of Causeway Cafe, we will post an update here.

The address for this dining spot near North Station was: Causeway Cafe, 239 Causeway Street, Boston, MA, 02114.
