Amlas or Indian Goose Berries are known as Usirikaya in Telugu. Amlas are well known for their health benefits and are supposed to be immune boosters. We should try to include them in our diets during the season they are available. You can make pickles, chutneys, dals, rasam, pulao or even add grated amlas to the paratha dough, juices, pakora batter etc etc..... Here is an easy recipe of rice
