A new Indian restaurant has opened in Somerville, replacing a pizza shop that was also known in part for its roast beef sandwiches.
Eater Boston confirms what we had heard from a source, that Curry Express is now open on Highland Avenue, taking over the space on Spring Hill where Pizza King had been. The new eatery offers an array of dishes including naan, momo dumplings, tandoori items, vindaloo, biryani, halal burritos, and more.
The address for this new Indian spot in Somerville is: Curry Express, 147b Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA, 02143.
