Aloo Masala for Poori is one of the simplest yet tasty dishes you can make for your weekend brunch and enjoy a hearty meal.
I am very fond of this Combo Dishes theme and always keep looking out for dishes that are served together. We always plan for an elaborate breakfast which also ends up being a brunch as its almost 10.30 – 11 on a Sunday for the breakfast to get completed.
So I mostly plan for a couple of dishes when its poori or appam. As I have already said, our Sunday’s are either Poori pr Appam. And the side dishes are also fixed as boys refuse to eat anything else. I get to try one new dishes for the elders.
Finally, for one of the Sundays, I made this Aloo Masala, Coconut Chutney for Poori along with Kesari Bath. It was quite a heavy brunch!
We are starting an edition BM#89, where for the first week I will be sharing some combo dishes featuring either breakfast or lunch.
