Dry Fruits Shrikhand is a delicious sinful dessert from Maharastra and is a different take of Shrikhand from the regular one. This is full of nuts and fruits and makes a wonderful dessert.
When I decided on making a Maharashtrian Thali, I wanted the sweet to be something easy yet authentic. I took help from Pradnya to decide on the menu and I picked up this Dry Fruits Shrikhand from her space.
Both Hubby and I are very fond of Shrikhand and I make this at least a week with the excess curds that get unconsumed. In fact, this is one sweet that I really love to enjoy and when it has all the nuts, it tastes out of the world. When I was making the Maharashtrian Thali, Amma told me that she hasn’t tasted a Shrikhand till now, even though I have so many versions posted. I was really surprised how it could be. Anyway, I made this especially for her to enjoy the thali along with this dessert.
We are starting the BM#88, Week 3, where I will be sharing some dishes that were part of our Mother’s Day Special.

PIN This for later
