According to a licensing board hearing page within the city's website, a restaurant tentatively called Daisy Duke's BBQ Pit and Royal is planning to open on Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester between Franklin Park and Harambee Park (the former Franklin Field), with the listing stating that it would have a total of six rooms, 5,000 square feet of space, and an outdoor patio during the warmer months. The hearing notice indicates that the eatery is seeking a full liquor license, with the manager of the place listed as being Boris Sapozhnikov.
