English Muffins/Homemade English Muffins

English muffins, i have some fond memories of this incredible breakfast dish. I had this English muffins with eggs benedict few years back when we visited our French friends who lives in Normandy region. I must say that this cute, small, round and flat yeasted bread was one of my favourite breakfast food when they are toasted and buttered. You can dish out some cute sweet and savory sandwiches
