A simple 3 ingredient Rice Crisp Chocolate Truffle is a quick and easy snack or dessert you can assemble under 10 minutes from start to end.
These truffles are made with dark chocolate chips and is melted using Microwave and set quick in freezer for a quick chocolate craving.
We are starting the third week of BM#85, with 3 Ingredient Rice Crisp Chocolate Truffle as the day 1 dish. As many know, chocolate dishes never enough when it comes to my kids. I made with just a cup of chocolate and kids wanted more. I said I have so many to make that I can’t repeat it again!

Step By Step Pictures for making Truffle
3 Ingredient Rice Crisp Chocolate Truffle
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
3 tbsp Butter unsalted
1/2 cup Rice Crisp
In a Microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chip for a minute.
Add the butter and microwave again for 30 secs.
Then add the Rice Crisp and mix well.
Grease the moulds and press the chocolate mix into it with a spoon.
Freeze for 10 mins, then refrigerate.
