Mini Apple Pie in Muffin Tins is an interesting twist to the regular Apple Pie that you can make in a muffin mould. I love making difderent dishes in Muffin mould for various reasons. You have portion control and you don’t have to bother about slicing etc.
This idea was inspired by some pin I saw where mason jars were used for some apple dessert and I thought using muffin mould will be great. With the measurement I made, I got only 4 mini pies. You can increase and you can improvise as well.
We are starting the BM#81, Week 3 and I will be sharing some Apple Dishes. I know I said Apple Dessert but I also have one that is sweet dish with Apples but not exactly a dessert on its own. Sapana is hosting the Kid’s Delight themed on Bite Size Appetizers and can you believe I asked if I can send in sweets as well! I know I am making my own classification more confusing but what to do!
It rained through the day yesterday and I was hoping it will continue. However, its only cloudy with no signs of rain. With Deepavali being tomorrow, let’s hope the rains don’t play spoil sport!
Enjoy these bite sized snacks anytime!

Making the Mini Muffin Apple Pies
Dust and roll the dough into a thin disc
Take the muffin tin you are going to use. Turn over and cut out the dough as per the shape.
Cut out as much required for covering as well.
Turn to the side you have the indent. Grease all over the mould and place the dough inside.
Continue with the rest and place the filling inside.
Now cover the top with the smaller disc. Seal all over as you would do a regular pie.
