A New York City-based group of "farm-to-counter" dining spots has opened an outlet at the Prudential Center in Boston.
According to a press release, Dig Inn is now open at the Pru, joining others on Washington Street in Downtown Crossing and Boylston Street across from Copley Square. The release also mentions that 50% of today's sales will go to Jose Andres' World Central Kitchen and #ChefsForPuertoRico, which provides food for those affected by Hurricane Maria.
Dig Inn, which first started out in 2011, offers locally-sourced healthy food options including "market bowls" that have a grain or salad base with items such as steak or chicken.
The address for this new restaurant in Downtown Crossing is: Dig Inn, 800 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, 02199. The website for Dig Inn is at https://www.diginn.com/
