Quick and Easy Chicken Fry is just what the name says, this gets done very quickly as we deep fry the chicken. Konda is very fond of dry starters and semi sautes as well, whereas my boys like chicken dishes like the Chicken 65 or Chilly Chicken. If we make any semi saute, they don’t prefer much. So a couple of weeks back, we decided we should make a dry starter and this was replicated from one of Amma’s written notes.
Though I have so many dishes yet to be shared on this space, April Mega Marathon kept me so busy that I haven’t been able to post anything here. I decided it was high time. Also, April marks 10 years of blogging and I can’t let the milestone cross without celebrating. So I will be announcing an event soon.
Until then enjoy this dish.
