Quark Rosinenbrötchen/Eggless German Curd Cheese Raisins Rolls

Quark is a well known German Curd cheese which is often used in most of the dishes in Germany. Though this curd cheese is not easily available here is Paris, i couldnt resist to grab it from a nearby cheese store, where you can find any sort of the regional or international cheese varieties easily. When i picked this Quark cheese, i checked immediately for an easy dish to dish with this cheese
