Liberty Publick House to Open within American Legion Post in Holbrook

A post of an American veterans' organization will soon be home to a restaurant and bar that will be open to the public.

Wicked Local Holbrook is reporting that the Dalton American Legion Post has received approval from Holbrook selectmen to open Liberty Publick House within the Plymouth Street post. The article says that the post has been undergoing renovations since closing last fall, with the "members only" lounge and a function room being converted into a public restaurant and bar along with a small lounge for members. A post on the Liberty Publick House Facebook page confirms that Liberty Publick House will be open to the public, and also mentions that it is looking at a May opening.
