Buck's Bar & Grill in Weymouth Has Closed; Replaced by Middle Ground Grill

A dive bar on the South Shore has said farewell, and a new dining and drinking spot has taken its place.

According to a source, Buck's Bar & Grill in Weymouth is no longer in business, with a new place called Middle Ground Grill moving into the Middle Street space. A Facebook page confirms the changeover, and while little information has been given on the new spot, the page shows that it offers such items as minestrone soup, pizza, pork chops, a chicken parm sub, ravioli and meatballs, shrimp scampi, and more.

Buck's was mostly known as a local hangout that had karaoke, Keno, darts, and cheap beer.

The address for the now-closed Buck's Bar & Grill (and the new Middle Ground Grill) is 416 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA, 02189.
