Sushirito Plans to Open in Boston's Beacon Hill

A new restaurant may be on its way to the Beacon Hill section of Boston, and based on its name, it could be part of a hot new trend in the local area.

According to a licensing board page within the City of Boston website, Sushirito is planning to open on Cambridge Street, with the address indicating that it would be moving into the space where a location of Blue Fuji had been. (Existing locations of Blue Fuji can currently be found in Medford and Bedford.) Little information on the place has been given other than the fact that the eatery would have seating for 16 and proposed hours of 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but the name "Sushirito" seems to indicate that the place could offer sushi burritos (there is a group of sushi burrito places in San Francisco and New York called "Sushirrito.") Several other places offering sushi burritos have either recently opened or will soon open in the Boston area, including OGinger and Pokeworks in Somerville's Davis Square, as well as the upcoming Manoa in Somerville near Cambridge's Porter Square and Love Art Sushi in Boston's Back Bay.

The address for this proposed dining spot in Beacon Hill is: Sushirito, 106 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA, 02114.
