Apple Nachos with Caramel Chocolate Sauce is a delicious snack that you can quickly whip up when you are cooking for one. It’s not every day I end up making Single Serve or for One person. Cooking for One or two happens mostly when it’s nonvegetarian for the rest and us vegetarians need something special for ourselves.
I also end up making single serve desserts when one of them want a quick fix desserts. When it is just me, I mostly never bother with anything special as, by the time I plan, I get bored. However, it also happens that I need to plan for Amma or Hubby dear along and I make an effort.
Today’s snack or if you call it a dessert is a lovely idea to make a Nacho plate with Apples as the base. When I was making it, Hubby dear was most curious to know why I would need to pour all that sauce over it, when it would prefer apples as such!
I said I was making it for Konda and went overboard with the chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and the chocolate chips.
I sometime back had this Nachos as the theme and so wanted to cook all those lovely ideas that I had bookmarked. I never came around making it. I am happy that this at least got done. This was inspired by some of the Pins I came across. Many of the pins look so downright delish!
I am making this Apple Nachos with Caramel and Chocolate Sauce with Chocolate Chips for the Cooking for One theme under BM#71, the first week begins today.
