From the kitchen of One Perfect Bite...I've made a lot of bar cookies this holiday season. I have, of course, wanted to capture as many recipes as I can for my collection, but my fondness for bar cookies has more to do with how easy they are to store and transport than the arbitrary accumulation of recipes that may or may not be used again.
