Happy Deepawali to all my readers!
We are starting the second week of BM#58. I will be doing Salads this week. If you have followed my rants, you would know that salads are not something that I make so often. Its not that I do not like it, its just I don't know why I don't want to have it much. As such other than the regular onion or cucumber salad, nothing else gets done most times.
Today's salad is the most simplest of all, the Kachumber. Its the fresh onion, cucumber and tomato salad, dressed with just salt and lemon. There is not much of a recipe. However the way one makes it and makes it a part of the thali, gets this simple salad to the next level.
I had made this as part of the Gujarati Thali
