A Bodecious Bread - My Recipe Rotation - Burgundian Walnut Bread


From the kitchen of One Perfect Bite...I first made this bread as a bride. I love loaves that have great flavor and attitude, so as soon as I saw Jane Grigson's recipe, I knew I had to make her bread. The bread is a French peasant loaf and it is packed with lots of old world flavor. It is easy to make but unless you raise walnuts and can press them for oil, it is pricey to make.
