A modern gastropub with three locations in the Mid-Atlantic region is looking to open a fourth spot, with this one being in one of Boston's hottest neighborhoods for dining.
The Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog is reporting (via a Twitter post from @FortPointer) that City Tap House is planning to open in the city's Fort Point area, with the eating and drinking spot eyeing a space across from Row 34 on Congress Street. Based on its other locations, it appears that the new outlet of the place would feature "elevated" pub fare along with craft brews from both local breweries and others around the country and beyond. If it gets the green light to open, the Boston location of City Tap House would join two locations in Philadelphia along with a third in Washington, DC.
A public meeting on City Tap House's plans will take place on July 21 at Factory 63 on Melcher Street.
The address for this proposed gastropub in Fort Point is 374 Congress Street, Boston, MA, 02210. The website for the existing locations can be found at http://ift.tt/1eQtZ2Z
