So I’ve thought about making this cake for quite some time and am so excited on how it turned out! It’s inspired by Scandal/Olivia Pope. It’s a red wine chocolate cake with a brown sugar buttercream that I managed to get super smooth, encrusted with caramel covered popcorn and caramel drizzle for good measure!
