Sweet potato pie mini cupcakes by Baked by Melissa at JFK Airport, a photo by Rachel from Cupcakes Take the Cake on Flickr.
Perfect size for traveling. I ate mostly the cake on the one I bought ($1), it was very moist and not too sweet. I saw someone buying a 25-pack to take on her flight.
