Spotted this cute cookie monster (not sure if it officially counts as Cookie Monster/) cupcake at Dream Cakes in Santa Fe, New Mexico, a cute shop but one that sells out quickly. I'll post more about the coconut cupcake I tried, but the two others I wanted were sold out by 4 p.m. Find out more about them on their Facebook page.
