Rye bread pie is one of the simplest breads that I have ever made. It has an irresistible aroma that wafts across my house. Every time I prepare this bread it makes my family want to have more of this. I'm so lucky to have a bread machine that makes it easy for me to prepare rye bread pie. It's mainly because of this machine that I can easily experiment and try out new kinds of breads every day such as Amish white bread, bagel bread and simple wheat bread.
With this machine, I used the below ingredients and procedure to bake Amish white bread:
Ingredients
6 cups of bread flour
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1 and ½ teaspoons of salt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of yeast
2/3 cup of sugar
2 cups of warm water
Procedure
After I had ensured that every ingredient and tool was available, I dissolved sugar in water. I later took the sugar solution and stirred and mixed it with active yeast. I added this mixture to the machine but in the order specified by the manufacturer. I noted that the number 1 I was using was already the standard to set for white bread setting.
It was also easy to use this rye bread pie machine to make a simple whole wheat bread. I used to think that white bread is not healthy at all and I was also informed that it isn't unhealthy because it also has some vital nutrients if I made it all by myself. I also came to learn that whole white breads sold in shops are not that healthy hence my only option was to use the machine to make this type of bread.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons of molasses
1 tablespoon of gluten
1 and ¼ tablespoons of honey
1 and ½ tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 and ¼ tablespoons of dry milk
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 cup of warm water
Procedure
The basic trick that I followed when preparing this bread was pressing and kneading it twice. I followed all the instructions of the machine and mixed all the ingredients in the specified order. After I had placed all the ingredients in the machine for the first time, I simply adjusted the machine after the knead cycle and started the cycle again.
Using the machine, it was also easy for me to bake bagel bread which I realized had a meaty texture. It was also consequently filling and chewy.

310 grams of flour
1 egg
5 tablespoons of warm water
110 ml of milk
First, I had to cross check to make sure that I had all the required ingredients that were on the recipe. I had to set the machine to a basic bread cycle. After it was ready, I had to leave it to cool on the wire rack before serving.
